Welcome to Xapros SMP. We are a non-commercial, community-driven Minecraft server operated from Germany, with server infrastructure hosted in the United States. We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting the personal information you share with us while playing on our server, applying to join our community, or visiting our website (https://web.xaprosmp.xyz).

02 Data We Collect and How We Collect It

We aim to collect only the minimum amount of data required to run our server, manage our whitelist, and keep our community safe.

• Application Data
  To join Xapros SMP, you must submit an application. We collect the data you provide during this process, which includes your Minecraft In-Game Name (IGN), age, country of origin, and any additional information you voluntarily choose to share with us.
• Minecraft Server & Chat Data (Dmcc Integration)
  When you connect to our Minecraft server (hosted in the USA), we automatically log necessary technical data, including your Minecraft Username, UUID (Universally Unique Identifier), and IP address.
  
  Important: We use the Dmcc plugin, which links our in-game chat with our Discord server. This means that anything you type in the in-game chat will be transmitted to and displayed on Discord, making it subject to Discord's data processing and privacy terms.
• Website Data
  Our website is hosted on Namecheap and secured via HTTPS. We do not use tracking cookies, analytics, or actively collect personal data on this site. Standard server access logs (such as your IP address) may be temporarily collected automatically by Namecheap for security and stability purposes.
• Donations (Third-Party Processing)
  All donations are handled independently by a trusted partner located in the United States via PayPal. The server operator in Germany does not receive, process, or store your real name, payment details, billing address, or any financial data. All payment processing is subject to PayPal's Privacy Policy.

03 How We Use Your Data

We use the collected data exclusively for the following purposes:

• To review your application and manage the server whitelist.
• To allow you to connect to and play on the Minecraft server.
• To relay in-game communication to our Discord community via the Dmcc plugin.
• To enforce our server rules (e.g., banning users who violate rules via IP or UUID) and maintain server security.

04 Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. Your data is only shared with third-party service providers to the extent necessary to run the server:

• Our server hosting provider in the USA.
• Discord, via the Dmcc chat integration plugin.
• PayPal (indirectly via our US partner), if you choose to donate.

05 International Data Transfers

Because the server operator is located in Germany (EU) but the hosting infrastructure, donation partner, and integrated services (Discord/PayPal) are based in or route data through the United States, your data will be transferred to and processed in the USA. By applying to or playing on our server, you acknowledge and consent to this cross-border transfer.

06 Your Rights (GDPR)

Because the operator is based in the European Union, you are protected by the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). You have the right to:

• Request access to the personal data we hold about you (such as your application details).
• Request correction of incorrect data.
• Request the deletion of your data, provided it does not conflict with our legitimate interest to maintain server security (e.g., keeping malicious users on a ban list).
